What you bring:
- Strong interest in developing incentive systems from KPIs, valuation models, and corporate goals, or in strategic HR management and job architectures.
- Above-average Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Accounting, or Strategic Human Resources Management.
- Relevant internships or professional experience (entry as Senior Consultant possible with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits Management).
- Ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with enthusiasm for Excel and modeling.
- Excellent German and English skills, French is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and complex tasks, even in demanding and time-critical situations.
